Delivery + returns
We offer free delivery and dispatch to the UK only. We aim to dispatch items within 3 - 5 working days using a courier service for our larger furniture or Royal Mail for our smaller pieces. We'll update your order with all the relevant tracking details, where appropriate.
Our furniture is handmade in our workshop in Cheltenham, we hold limited stock and therefore make to order where needed so please do contact us if you cannot find what you're looking for.
If you have a specific time you would like your order delivered, please let us know and we will be happy to help.
Returns and refunds
We only accept returns if a product arrives faulty or damaged. You will need to send us a picture of the damaged/faulty item within 48 hours of receiving it, prior to any refund or replacement being issued. We will arrange collection of the faulty or damaged item or refund postage where appropriate.
Please contact us if you need to arrange a refund for a faulty or damaged item. We ask that you repack your item with care, using all of the original packaging.
We cannot be held responsible for items that are damaged due to the result of day-to-day use, or normal wear and tear. If a product has been damaged because it has not been cared for as per our guidelines and recommendations, we cannot accept responsibility for this, and we will not be able to issue a replacement or a refund.
